This policy governs the publication of privacy of our subscribers and employees/contractors of the NZ Theatre Month Trust.

The NZ Theatre Month Trust protects personal details in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. Primarily information shall not be collected unless it is collected for lawful purposes connected for an activity of NZ Theatre Month Trust, and the information is necessary for that purpose. This privacy statement, which is published on the NZ Theatre Month website outlines how data is collected, and what is done with the personal information collected.
NZ Theatre Month collects personal information when someone signs up for an e-newsletters via our website, or by contacting us directly. This is stored in an in-house customer relationship management database. NZ Theatre Month Trust does not store/collect credit card details and does not sell tickets or other merchandise itself.
Anyone can browse the NZ Theatre website anonymously.NZ Theatre Month analyses non-identifiable web traffic data for statistical purposes, and does not personally identify users.
NZ Theatre Month do not trade, sell or rent personal information about subscribers to or with third parties.NZ Theatre Month will contact its subscribers by email only if they have given express permission to hear from us via our website registration form, in accordance with NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
