A Few Things I've Learnt About Dating And Death

Produced by Acacia O'Connor and Ruby Love under the auspices of the Basement Theatre, and featuring Acacia O'Connor, this is about ... well it's about a few things learned about dating and death.

It doesn’t look like much, kinda like a junk-yard. But she’s so excited to meet you, so in awe of you that you feel obliged to sit. She brings you a plastic sheet. “For your protection” and there is mischief in her eyes. Did you catch a glimpse of menace? No, you just imagined it. And then you’re off, on a rollicking ride.

All of us are the lead characters in our own stories. All of us have huge piles of mess to sort through. Sometimes it’s important to drag the mess out into the light and have a good old laugh at it. Based on truth distorted by perception and imagination, Acacia O'Connor reaches back into a time in her life when her world was warped and nothing made sense.

Bring along an umbrella, a singing voice if you have one and a squeezy water-bottle!
